What media assets do you handle?
We currently only support images such as JPG and PNG, but we are working on adding support for other formats.
Does your solution only work with WordPress?
At the moment, yes. But we are working on adding support for other platforms and creating a standalone version.
Is there a cost associated with your service?
While we are in beta, our service is free. We will be introducing a paid plan in the future.
How many images can I process at once?
You can process as many images as you want, there is no limit. However, when processing large amounts of images, the plugin will batch process them to avoid overloading your server.
Is it possible that it will generate incorrect alt text?
While we do our best to generate accurate alt text, it is possible that it will generate incorrect alt text. We recommend that you always review the alt text before publishing.
What can I do if it generates incorrect alt text for an image?
You can always edit the alt text manually. We will not overwrite any alt text that you have manually entered.
What happens if I disable the plugin? Will my alt text remain?
Yes, your alt text will remain. You will not loose any alt text that was generated for you or that you've entered manually.
